About Me

I have a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts & Animation from the Art Institute of Portland, OR, and have over fifteen years experience working as a compositor in feature film and television.  I am proud to have worked on over thirty full length feature films and several episodic television series at sixteen studios located in seven cities in the United States, Canada and China.

My strengths lie in my abilities to systematically solve and complete complex problems and shots, perform seamless integration of CG elements into live action plates using provided render passes, and to manage assets and teams to complete challenging sequences according to budget and time constraints.  For a complete list of my experience and project history, please reference my CV and demo reel.

I take pride in my ability to mentor junior compositors by easily identifying their individual strengths, delegating shots in order to further develop their problem solving skills, and encouraging them to refine their eye for detail resulting in consistency between shots.
